Obaveštavamo Vas da će se X Harmoniusova škola prava održati na Zlatiboru u periodu 26-29. novembar 2015 na temu “Koliko nas košta pristup pravdi?”.

Harmonius poziva sve studente master i doktorskih studija u regionu Jugoistočne Evrope da pošalju svoje radove ili da u njihove ime to učine njihovi mentori, kako bi se prijavili na
KONKURS
za

HARMONIUS-ovu godišnju nagradu
“MIHAILO KONSTANTINOVIĆ”
iz oblasti pravnih studija privatnog i poslovnog prava za
– najbolji master rad
– najbolji doktorat
u regionu Jugoistične Evrope za 2015. godinu.

Svi radovi moraju biti odbranjeni u periodu od 31.08.2014. do 31.08.2015. na matičnim Univerzitetima i poslati sa potvrdom o uspešnoj odbrani u elektronskom formatu na mail adresu harmonius.org@gmail.com i nenad.tesic@ius.bg.ac.rs najkasnije do 30. 09.2015. godine.
Pobednicima na konkursu nagrade će biti uručene na Harmonius -ovoj Školi Prava na Zlatiboru od 26-29. XI 2015 godine.
Harmonius zadržava pravo, da uz dodatnu saglasnost Autora, radove koji učestvuju na Konkursu, objavi na sajtu www.harmonius.org.

U periodu od 20. do 23. XI 2014. godine na Zlatiboru je u organizaciji udruženja HARMONIUS održana IX Harmonius-ova škola prava (Harmonius School of Law ) Zlatibor 2014, na temu „Pravni optimizam – novi talas u tumačenju odnosa prava i pravde“ (Legal Optimism – The New Wave in Interpretation of the Relation Between Law and Justice). Na ovogodišnjem Savetovanju studenti su imali priliku da slušaju izlaganja predavača sa Pravnog fakulteta Univerziteta u Beogradu: prof. dr Vuka Radovića, prof. dr Igora Vukovića, prof. dr Bojana Milosavljevića, doc. dr Vladimira Vuletića, doc. dr Mirjane Radović, doc. dr Marka Stankovića, doc. dr Nenada Tešića, asistenta dr Katarine Dolović i asistenta Dalibora Đukića. Pored nastavnika Pravnog fakulteta u Beogradu, učešće na savetovanju uzeli su i predavači i studenti sa Pravnih fakulteta iz Ljubljane, Sarajeva, Vukovara, Istočnog Sarajeva, Kragujevca, Podgorice i Skoplja. Radovi izloženi na ovom međunarodnom skupu biće objavljeni, u okviru posebnog broja časopisa: Harmonius – Journal for Legal and Social Studies in South East Europe, koji Harmonius izdaje u saradnji sa Nemačkom fondacijom za međunarodnu pravnu saradnju – IRZ. Tokom Škole, organizovan je i Harmonius Young Scholar Roundtable – Okrugli sto mladih naučnika u Jugoistočnoj Evropi na kome su studenti master i doktorskih studija izlagali svoje radove i diskutovali o aktuelnim pravnim pitanjima u regionu, kao i promocija Studentske revije za privredno pravo.

You are invited to submit an article of not more than 15 pages by Novemberber 5, 2014. Please note that the article must be written in Bosnian, Croatian, Serbian or in English. Please find all relevant publication rules attached to the e-mail.

The article should be submitted as a word.doc to Dr. Milena Djordjevic (milena@ius.bg.ac.rs) or Dr. Nenad Tesic (nenad.tesic@ius.bg.ac.rs). Please do mention your affiliation and contact details.

The selection panel will consider all articles received by the submission deadline. All articles will be peer-reviewed. A decision on the final content will be made by November 15, 2014.

The elected contributions will subsequently be selected for publication.

Authors of the elected papers, which are to be published in the second issue of the Journal, will be invited to our WinterSchool, which is scheduled to take place at the end of November in Zlatibor; however, the dates are subject to change and will be confirmed in the upcoming weeks. Reasonable expenses of the participants will be covered (travel in economy class and accommodation to be arranged by the organizers).
